Return Policy Print the Return Form and add it to the package and return it to the address provided. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels on. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please use a reliable courier and track & trace / insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of shipping costs. Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Product refunds are processed within 30 days.
Packages shipped without contacting us in advance will not be accepted. Please note that you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product.
