SHIPPING
We offer FREE SHIPPING in the Netherlands and Belgium.. 
The time frame for the delivery of the order is broken down:

  • Processing time: Order verification, collection, quality control and packaging. We ship our orders to customers 5 times a week with the carrier company GLS. GLS usually delivers the packages the next working day to the correct address from Monday to Friday
RETURN

We certainly hope that you are satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us for a full refund or exchange. See below for more information about our return policy.

PRODUCT RETURNS
To return an item, please first contact with us. All returns must arrive within fourteen (14) calendar days after the date of receipt.

  • Returns are only accepted if you use our Return Form. Download here.
  • Print the Return Form and add it to the package and return it to the address provided. 
  • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and tags on them.
  • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. 
  • Please use a reliable courier and track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of the shipping costs.
  • Shipping costs are not reimbursed. Product refunds are processed within 30 days.

Packages sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted. Please note that you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

REFUNDS
After receiving your return and checking the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. It may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement/bill depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS
For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the email address below to arrange a refund or exchange.

    RETURN OF PRODUCTS
