Verzending & Retour

Bij Industrial Movements Design is het ons doel om u de beste verzendmogelijkheden te bieden.


VERZENDINGEN
Wij bieden GRATIS VERZENDING aan in Nederland en Belgie.. 
Het tijdsbestek voor de levering van de bestelling is onderverdeeld:

  • Verwerkingstijd: Orderverificatie, verzameling, kwaliteitscontrole en verpakking. Wij verzenden 5x per week onze orders naar de klanten met het vervoerdersbedrijf GLS. GLS levert de pakketten doorgaans de eerstvolgende werkdag op het juiste adres van maandag tot en met vrijdag
TERUGSTUREN

We hopen uiteraard dat u tevreden bent met uw aankoop. Als u echter om welke reden dan ook niet helemaal tevreden bent met uw aankoop, kunt u deze aan ons retourneren voor een volledige terugbetaling of omruiling. Zie hieronder voor meer informatie over ons retourbeleid.

TERUGZENDING VAN PRODUCTEN
Om een artikel te retourneren, neem dan eerst contact met ons op. Alle retouren moeten binnen veertien (14) kalenderdagen na de ontvangstdatum worden aangemeld.

  • Retouren worden alleen geaccepteerd als u gebruik maakt van ons Retour Formulier. Download hier.Print het Retour Formulier en voeg het toe aan het pakket en stuur het terug naar het meegeleverde adres. 
  • Alle geretourneerde artikelen moeten in nieuwe en ongebruikte staat zijn, met alle originele labels en labels erop.
  • U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het betalen van uw eigen verzendkosten voor het retourneren van uw artikel. 
  • Gelieve een betrouwbare koerier te gebruiken en de track & tracé verzekerde portokosten te gebruiken om de veilige aankomst van het pakket te garanderen, aangezien we niet de verantwoordelijkheid kunnen nemen voor beschadigde of verloren gegane items. Bewaar altijd een bewijs van de verzendkosten.
  • Verzendkosten worden niet vergoed. Terugbetalingen van producten worden binnen 30 dagen verwerkt.

Pakketten die worden verstuurd zonder vooraf contact met ons op te nemen, worden niet geaccepteerd. Houd er rekening mee dat u het artikel binnen 14 kalenderdagen na ontvangst van het product aan ons moet terugsturen.

TERUGBETALINGEN
Na ontvangst van uw retourzending en controle van de staat van uw artikel, zullen wij uw retourzending verwerken. Gelieve minstens zeven (7) dagen te rekenen vanaf de ontvangst van uw artikel om uw retourzending te verwerken. Het kan 1-2 factureringscycli duren voordat de terugbetaling op uw creditcardafschrift/rekening verschijnt, afhankelijk van uw creditcardbedrijf. We zullen u per e-mail op de hoogte stellen wanneer uw retourzending is verwerkt.

UITZONDERINGEN
Voor defecte of beschadigde producten kunt u contact met ons opnemen via onderstaand e-mailadres om een terugbetaling of omruiling te regelen.

    We offer FREE SHIPPING NL & BE.

    The time frame for order delivery is divided:

    • Processing time: Order verification, collection, quality control and packaging. We ship our orders 5 times a week to the customers with the carrier company GLS. GLS usually delivers the parcels the next working day to the correct address from Monday to Friday.

    RETURNS
    We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

    RETURN OF PRODUCTS
    To return an article, please contact us first. All returns must be notified within fourteen (14) calender days of the date of receipt.

    • Returns will only be accepted if you use our Return Form. Download here.
    • Print the Return Form and add it to the package and send it back to the address provided.
    • All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original labels and tags on them.
    • You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item.
    • Please use a reliable courier and use the track & trace/insured postage to ensure the safe arrival of the package, as we cannot take responsibility for damaged or lost items. Always keep proof of shipping costs.
    • Shipping costs will not be refunded. Refunds of products will be processed within 30 days.

    Packages sent without contacting us in advance will not be accepted. Please note that you must return the item to us within 14 calendar days of receiving the product.

    REFUNDS
    After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
     
    EXCEPTIONS    
    For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund or exchange.
